WHAT WE SUPPLY:

Guide(s) included in all of our tours.

We supply all the kayaks, paddles, PFDs, and safety equipment.

Footwear (crocs style), snack and photos are all included in your tour package.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Dress for the weather.  Bring an extra layer if the weather looks like it could change during your tour.  Depending on weather and time of year, bring a light jacket or rain jacket.

We suggest you wear quick-dry, technical clothing if possible.  Avoid wearing jeans.

Wear shorts or sport pants that can be rolled up to just below your knee as you have to step in and out of the water to enter/exit your kayak.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a brimmed hat (non-cotton toque if cooler weather), full bottle of water, and put on sunscreen about 30 minutes or more prior to your tour start.

Bring sunglasses, and if you wear prescription glasses/sunglasses, we recommend a strap.

If your tour includes the option of a swim, wear your bathing suit under your clothes, and bring a towel and change of clothes for after your paddle.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

Leave valuables at home or locked in your vehicle.

Non-waterproof phones and cameras not recommended.

WASHROOM FACILITIES:

There are pit toilets at the launch sites for the Glacier View Tour and the Canyon Full-Day Tour.

There are NO WASHROOM FACILITIES at the launch sites for the Panoramic Lake & Mountain View Tour, Waterfall Tour and Cascadia Tour.  Please use the washroom at your accommodation or restaurant before your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests receive a full refund if tour is cancelled by Natural Escapes Kayaking due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances.

Guests will receive a full refund if guest(s) cancel 24 hours ahead of scheduled tour.

Guests who cancel less than 24 hours in advance, will receive a 50% refund.

Overnight Tours must be cancelled a minimum of 1 week prior to scheduled date for a full refund.
